The festive period is one of the busiest for us here in the lingerie drop shipping world. From last minute orders to Christmas collections, there’s always something to keep you, our lingerie wholesale customers across the world, on your toes in December!
To make things a little easier, we’ll be here to help in the run up to Christmas, with some new year support on hand before January too.
Here to support you at your busiest time
Our lingerie warehouse is yours too as a valued Alterego customer. And we know that you’re depending on us for your business to thrive at the busiest time of year. That’s why we’re not closing for Christmas until Thursday 23rd December. That means we’re here to support you right up until Christmas, helping make sure every single final order leaves our warehouse on time and that you continue to receive the excellent customer service you’ve come to know and expect from us when you need it most.
Our Christmas closure dates
That said, it’s important our team have the chance for a well-earned rest. We’re proud of the great work ethic of the Alterego team, and we know they need time to recoup in order to deliver the best possible service. So we’re taking two short periods of closure this Christmas season:
Closing on Thursday 23rd December at 5pm, reopening Wednesday 29th December at 10am.
Closing Friday 31st December at 2pm, reopening on Tuesday 4th January at 9am.
We’ll be here to support you between Christmas and New Year, on 29th, 30th and 31st December. On those three days, we’ll be open between 10am and 2pm.
Of course, processing your orders on time is something you should rightly expect when you work with us. Therefore, our warehouse may work outside of the above hours to process your drop shipping lingerie orders.
When to order in time for Christmas
Christmas postal dates can be confusing. Yet you need to know when they are so you can deliver your lingerie orders for your customers at the perfect time. To help, we’ve put together a Christmas document. It includes our last recommended posting dates for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, detailed by postal service, order date, and expected delivery date.
Of course, it’s not too late to place those festive orders for customers looking for their last minute Christmas lingerie gifts. Don’t forget that our latest Christmas Collection from Yesx is now live on our website. It includes a wide range of sizes, from small to 4XL, and features garters, stockings, baby doll dresses and, of course, that perfect seasonal accessory: the Santa hat.
