Starting from small premises in 2007, Alterego has continued to grow and develop and now operates from a large purpose-built warehouse close to the centre of Hull.

As we continue to grow, It is instrumental for us to find new and innovative methods to improve our warehouse. This will make the handling of our products more efficient for both the seller and the customer.

Alterego has made new investments, including incorporating new additional software, and expanding the warehouse racking to store your order, to then ship directly to your customer. It is essential for us to maintain factors such as having orders in discreet packaging that have no reference to Alterego. It is also crucial that we have a low fault rate on our products, less than 0.001%.

We are continuing with our efficient process yet modifying and improving the drop shipping service quality. We have invested heavily in warehouse improvements, including a new forklift and a box taping machine.

These warehouse improvements mean that the time frame for same day dispatch has been extended, offering better opportunities for you and your customer. Previously the cut off time for same day dispatch was 12.30pm UK time. We can now offer a later cut off time of 1.00pm for same-day dispatch. This new later cut off time came into place on the 10th of June.
